Do you offer cancellations, returns or exchanges?
 - All items are handmade to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions before ordering.

What is the headband size?
- I use a one-size-fits-most headband. It is a 1 inch headband that I then cover in fabric that matches the ears.

•What is the difference between regular size ears and larger size ears?
- I have two different options, The “regular size” ears are estimated around an inch smaller than the theme park mouse ears and the “larger size” are about one inch larger than the theme park mouse ears! The headband remains the same for both! It’s a one inch sized universal headband. The difference is the sizing of the ear shapes and the bows.

How long does it take to receive my item? 

- This depends on the current turnaround time. Meaning once you make your purchase, your order will be sent out within the current time frame stated at the top of the website page for the item/s you purchased. After that, it just depends on the shipping you chose at checkout!

What if my package gets lost?
- Once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands. If this is of concern to you, I recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping. This will include insurance up to $100. Regular First Class Mail does not include any kind of insurance.

Can I get my ears without the bow? 

- Yes! Please let me know in an email before or after ordering.
