Once the package is marked as shipped with tracking number provided, it is customer’s responsibility to follow up with shipping carrier if package is lost or stolen.

PLEASE NOTE : Never leave your ears in excessive heat temperatures (such as inside a car on a really hot day) they can get ruined. All Ears are NOT waterproof, so if it rains on your trip quickly put them away!! Ears should not be worn on rides. Because this is a handmade item, they should be carefully spot cleaned and stored with care. PLEASE do not throw them in the washer machine, they will get ruined. These ears are made entirely from scratch. I advise you to please treat them with care & kindness on your magical trips ‼️
